Staff were lovely. We were able to check in quite late after our flight. Easy walking in the Miraflores area. Lots of extra blankets.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location walking distance to Inka Market, Huaca Pucllana , Kennedy Park, many choices of restaurants, shopping even starbucks. Lots of hot water and filtered water dispenser in the lobby to refill water bottles.

All hotel staff was well prepared to help and instruct moreover they were really nice! Clean room, very iluminated.
